Anthropic reported $16.3 billion in revenue and an $80.7 billion net loss for the six months ending June 2026 in its S-1 filing.
Anthropic filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of Class A common stock on October 26, 2026. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol ANT. The number of shares and the price range have not been disclosed, and the registration statement has not yet become effective.
According to the filing, as reported by Yahoo Finance, Anthropic generated $16.3 billion in revenue for the six months ended June 2026, exceeding the $4.6 billion it reported for all of 2025. The company posted a net loss of $80.7 billion in the first half of 2026, primarily due to accounting charges, compared with a $42 billion loss for 2025. AI infrastructure spending reached $9 billion in the first half of 2026, up from $7.3 billion for all of 2025.
The filing also disclosed that Anthropic has committed cloud computing deals totaling more than $430 billion with companies including Amazon and Google. Including cancellable and smaller deals, the total could reach $637 billion. About one-fifth of the company’s revenue came from two customers.
Anthropic develops the Claude models, which many AI agents rely on. The filing lists compute capacity as one of its risk factors.
